The William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, is the country's first school catering solely for 16-19 year olds. We offer 790 students from all over West London an exciting range of academic and vocational courses at levels 1 to 3. In our Ofsted inspection in 2006 we were graded Outstanding. We were praised for providing “an education that is outstanding in quality and totally inclusive”. It also stated that “Relationships between the staff and the students, reminiscent of those found in higher education establishments, create an ethos of warmth and respect in which scholarship prospers.”
We believe staff should have the best possible conditions of service and have reduced teaching loads and restructured the working week to optimise professional development.
