William Morris Sixth Form can sometimes provide support to students in dealing with immigration and asylum issues such as:

  • Lack of communication from the Home Office and missing documents

  • An EU national needing support in applying to go to university in Britain

  • Applying for citizenship and taking the test

  • Information/ help in applying for a British passport

  • Dealing with solicitors/legal system

  • Need to apply for an extension of timed leave to remain

Our student welfare team can provide support in all these areas and in liasing with the Home Office and the local MP on behalf of students who have outstanding cases. We can also provide help with finding a solicitor.
